We partner with growers who have been cultivating tea for generations and who have moved with the times in terms of 21st-century attitudes to ethical matters such as good working conditions and inclusivity, as well as sound farming practices including sustainability.

These people are proud of what they produce and when their treasured crop is ready to be picked, they see each leaf as a labour of love. Those of us further down the line owe it to them to take our role seriously and ensure that the high quality that was there in the first place is maintained.
